Job description

We are looking for a new colleague to join our growing Finance team:

• Serve as a business partner to the plant manager and act as the point of contact for all financial matters
• Prepare, coordinate, track, and review the business plan in collaboration with relevant departments
• Conduct monthly closing and reporting activities
• Provide support for strategic projects and central controlling issues Active participation in coordination meetings with representatives from sales, procurement, and production to evaluate and improve financial performance Conducting make-or-buy analyses
• Prepare cost estimates
• Perform product costing Pricing and IC pricing tasks Continuous monitoring of KPI-s, KPI reports Preparing cost and efficiency analyses
• Maintain and develop the cost center system Cost allocation
