工作說明
- Govern and align end-to-end overseas product transfer enablement processes.
- Enforce role accountability across involved organizations.
- Ensure complete and timely data submission to the GAT E-Track system.
- Monitor overall project transfer enablement progress, risks, and key milestones.
- Facilitate cross-functional issue resolution with overseas MPM and NPI teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. 資格需求
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business, Management, or related fields.
- Engineering background and/or project management experience preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.(Toeic 650+)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and execution-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Capable of managing cross-functional projects in a global environment.
- Willing to travel frequently and might be long lead time based on task(s) needs.
- Able to embrace Quanta’s culture and values.
