工作說明
- New supplier survey and existing supplier audit.
Review and drive improvements in supplier material quality
- a. SCAR review; b. VLRR/LRR review; c. Supplier process audit/review; d. CIP.
- Support special task related to supplier quality management (ex. onsite supporting, deal with urgent supplier quality issue and yield monitoring).
- Assigned task supporting. 資格需求
- 大學以上理工相關科系畢業。
- 具10年以上PCB供應商管理相關經驗；或具PCB製造廠7年以上產品工程師或品質工程師相關經驗。
- 熟悉PCB製造工序（包括鑽孔、電鍍、影像轉移、蝕刻、防焊、壓合、表面處理等）及常見失效模式。
- 熟悉PCB常見失效模式及異常分析。
- 熟悉IPC-A-600、IPC-6012等PCB相關規範與標準。
- 具供應商管理或客訴處理經驗。
- 具Mechanical、Electronic或Optical材料品質管理經驗者佳。
- 具ISO 9001、QC080000、IATF 16949 Lead Auditor或VDA 6.3 Process Auditor資格者佳。
- 具良好英文讀寫能力，TOEIC 650分以上。
