工作說明

• Responsible for order fulfillment and shipping arrangement with priority orientation
• Work with sales to collect customer PO/FCST demand, monitor materials status, including pull in materials with buyer and supplier.
• Align build/shipping plan to coordinate factory build activities, including material and other related CRD checking.
• Weekly meeting with customers and deliver order status through CTB report.
• AP/AR/EXCESS management, provide monthly billing plan.
• Shipment related issue tracking and follow up to close.
• Supply chain management 資格需求
• Bachelor or Master degree; Business, or engineering background
• Good communication in English(TOEIC 750+ is a must)
• Good interaction with customers
• Ability to work under pressure, good interaction with team work, responsible, optimistic, positive and patience work attitude.
• Time-Oriented, excellent in problem solving and negotiation
• Good in Excel and PowerPoint is a must 7. 3yrs+ in ODM/OEM industry is a must.
