What Success Looks Like

From Day 1, you will take the lead in managing Supply, Demand, new product launches, and logistics projects within a specific category. You will be responsible for ensuring market readiness and product availability within your lineup. You will collaborate with a dynamic team that includes Marketing, Finance, Sales, and external partners. As the primary contact for P&G counterparts in sourcing sites and planning centers across Europe, your role will be crucial in driving the success of our operations.

Your Impact

As a Market Initiative Leader (MIL), you will: Contribute to strategy development and decision-making. Engage in business planning and analysis across various functions.

Job Qualifications

We Are Looking For: Outstanding graduates (bachelor’s or master’s degree) who are eager to learn and grow. Early career professional with up to 3 years of relevant experience. Natural leaders who are passionate about making things happen. Individuals with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficient in English and Hebrew. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience with data analysis or technological tools is advantage.
