Managerial position Location: Bogotá, Colombia Working hours: Full time with flexible working hours Profile: Non-graduating university students only. Must maintain active student status at least through the first semester of 2027, or throughout the internship period.

What kind of internship projects you can expect Co-leading a new launch or evaluating the current strategies of a brand or product. Develop, negotiate and execute sales and marketing strategies based on in-depth analysis of the customer, market and sales processes.

You will learn and execute concepts of market development and consumer behavior in order to apply them to categories (brands), customers and channels (distributors, pharmacies, supermarkets, among others) Working on the design & execution of brand campaigns (media, digital, CRM, instore, PR). Lead campaigns briefs (regional campaign localization or local campaign build up) & follow up on execution Co-leading the digital marketing on your brand (visibility, content, local partnerships, eCommerce etc).

Coordinate internal and external events.

Job Qualifications

Non-graduating university students only . Eligible to work in Colombia. Have intermediate English Skills (B2 or above) A forward thinker with a passion for commercial management. Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team. Strong analytical skills to understand market dynamics and drive sales and brand growth.
