Work Schedule

80-100% (typically 4 days a week at our Łódź Plant)

Locations

Łódź to start in October-December 2026 Duration: 6 months (with the opportunity to get a managerial position in Warsaw upon successful completion of the program) As a participant in our program, you will: Act as a Finance Leader and Business Partner: Provide finance leadership in business decisions and external interactions (sales/production engineering) that directly influence the direction of our business.

Become a Problem Solver

Develop a deep understanding of business and market dynamics, analyze data, identify key insights, and offer financial expertise.

Embrace Risk

Take ownership of significant projects from Day 1, transforming and streamlining both local and regional operations.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications You are the ideal candidate if you can answer "

YES" to the following questions

Are you a 3rd, 4th, or 5th-year student from any faculty or a recent graduate with an interest in Finance? Are you fluent in Polish? Are you proficient in English? Do you possess strong leadership and strategic analytical thinking skills? Do you believe you have excellent collaboration abilities and the capacity to work across diverse organizations and teams? Can you effectively manage your time to achieve even the most ambitious goals?
