PST - Packing Technician - Band BTA

Job Family Summary: The Packing Technician belongs to the Production, Service & Transportation (PST) job family. This job family is responsible for the physical creation and transportation of our products, ensuring they reach our consumers in perfect condition.

As a Packing Technician in the Band BTA, you will play a crucial role in our production process. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining packing equipment, ensuring the quality of our products, and contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate packing machinery in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and output. Monitor product quality and report any issues or inconsistencies. Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment. Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

We operate on a 2-2-3 work schedule rotating between days (6:30 am-7:00 pm) and nights (6:30 pm-7:00 am).

Job Qualifications

18 years of age or older Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education Wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes) Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial. Technical aptitude and ability to operate machinery. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Awareness of safety protocols and procedures.

Able to work collaboratively in a team environment. Willing to work 12 hour rotating shifts Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
