Brand Operations - Band 1 Job Family Summary: The Brand Operations job family includes roles that support and assist in implementing strategies within the team or organization. These roles focus on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, or category and are typically involved in smaller, less complex projects with low to medium levels of innovation.

This role is responsible for supporting the execution of brand strategies and contributing to the development and implementation of new ideas and techniques under guidance. This role will work closely with other team members to ensure strong collaborative relationships are nurtured and important information is shared.

Key Responsibilities

Supports and assists in executing strategies in team/organization. Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance. Focuses on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category or team/organization with clearly defined objectives. Collaborates effectively within immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning.

Works under direct supervision, follows well-defined precedents and policies.

Qualifications
