岗位职责
- 根据经营目标，规划策略打法并拆解达成路径，为客户资产增长及留存负责
- 基于数据洞察识别客户需求，搭建落地分层分群经营策略体系，定期复盘分析迭代优化
- 深入了解分行经营及队伍作业流程，联动各部门提供产品、活动、工具、培训、数据等赋能支持，同时提炼优秀案例并复制推广 任职资格 1、本科及以上学历 2、3年及以上相关工作经历 3、有较强的责任心、抗压能力、多方沟通协调能力和积极解决问题的能力 4、有银行或金融行业相关工作经验优先
