岗位职责
- 开展机构组织发展、策划、培训工作，辅佐咨询中心总监、营业部经理管理咨询队伍，营造咨询中心积极争先的良好气氛；
- 管理咨询顾问/团队主管素质，制定咨询顾问/团队主管培训计划；
- 执行公司各项规章制度，负责中心的合规工作； 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，有1-3年销售运营岗工作经验， 2.1-3年相关工作经验 3.具有一定抗压能力
