岗位职责
- 负责寿险综拓渠道开拓、培训、激励方案宣导，追踪负责业绩指标品质
- 渠道佣金费用结算、业务开展数据、问题件管理及沟通
- 协助渠道操作流程的规划和优化，渠道关系的维护
- 协助渠道客户、渠道接口人的日常沟通、反馈等
- 领导交办的其它工作 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历，责任心强，有良好的团队意识； 2.喜欢与人交往，有客户面谈、演讲、谈判等经验者优先。
