岗位职责
- 负责管辖区域内公司合作渠道的沟通、协调和业务拓展等;
- 针对各合作渠道员工给予证券业务知识培训及活动政策宣导，促进获客和转化;
- 以结果为导向进行业绩达成追踪，推动合作目标达成;
- 做好渠道维护，解决渠道问题，管理渠道高效运作;
- 开拓新合作渠道，进行商务洽谈推进渠道合作 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，2年及以上金融行业工作经验，具备证券从业资格
- 有外部获客资源和经验，有线上经营意识、擅长自媒体运营
- 执行力强，具备良好的团队合作意识，有较强的沟通协调与组织调度能力，以及较强的抗压能力
