岗位职责
- 对公司下达的任务指标达成负责
- 对所辖区域业务员进行展业辅导和新产品训练,协助进行综合开拓制式与非制式课程的开发/组织/授课等;
- 各类产品咨询及展业支持
- 与相关部门进行沟通协调
- 契约/保全问题件沟通与追踪;
- 上级主管交办的其他工作 任职资格 1.本科以上学历，有一定保险业务前线工作经验
