岗位职责
- 负责客服中心各项业务指标的数据统计及追踪达成
- 负责减免审核及签报申请
- 负责对接总部并宣导下达相关政策
- 负责三级机构的协调管理
- 负责账户分配及佣金对接
- 领导交办的其它工作 任职资格
- 有1-3年客服管理工作经验
- 具备数据统计分析能力，熟练使用Office办公软件，善于沟通协调
- 具备2年及以上金融公司从业经验
