岗位职责
- 负责寿险综拓渠道开拓、培训、激励方案宣导，追踪负责业绩指标品质
- 渠道佣金费用结算、业务开展数据、问题件管理及沟通
- 协助渠道操作流程的规划和优化，渠道关系的维护
- 协助渠道客户、渠道接口人的日常沟通、反馈等 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融类专业学习经验；
- 有营销经验的优先；
- 语言表达能力较好，具有较强的协调公关能力和分析问题解决问题的能力。
