岗位职责
- 负责研发团队的项目管理工作，从立项到交付全过程管理，把控风险，范围，质量等问题。
- 识别达成项目目标所需资源，协调和推动项目工作。
- 创建并推进项目计划，并根据变化及时调整。
- 管理团队日常事务，输出项目阶段性成果
- 配合PMO完成相关项目工作
- 完成领导指派的其他工作 任职资格 1、5年以上工作经验，3年以上项目管理经验 2、有金融科技领域项目管理，方案实施经验者优先 3、熟悉项目管理流程，有PMP证书或其他相关资质优先 4、具备优秀的协调和沟通能力
