As a Modern Trade Field Executive , you will play a key role in expanding our Smoke-Free Products (SFP) business by developing strong partnerships, executing consumer engagement activities, and managing retail touchpoints within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and strengthen business partnerships. Execute consumer engagement and acquisition activities. Manage retail touchpoints, inventory, and store execution. Develop and implement territory growth plans. Achieve assigned sales and business targets. Analyze performance data and identify opportunities. Collaborate with key stakeholders and partners. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, retail operations, or a related role. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools. Willing to do field work within the assigned territory.

Work Location
