직무 소개 공장 물류의 운영 및 비용 데이터를 관리하고, 로컬 조직과 글로벌 물류팀을 연결해 공급망 성과와 운영 효율을 높이는 역할입니다. 주요 업무
- DDS 및 PDCA 기반 물류 KPI, 리스크 및 개선 과제 관리
- Operations, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality 등 유관 부서와 성과 리뷰 및 주요 이슈 공유
- 물류 비용 및 예산 데이터 관리, 비용 성과 분석과 최적화 기회 발굴
- 글로벌 방향을 로컬 실행 과제로 전환하고 공장 조직의 의견 및 후속 조치 관리
- 안전, 품질, 서비스, 비용 및 표준화 관점의 공급망 개선 과제 추진 지원자격
- 학사 이상 (물류, 공급망관리, 경영학 또는 관련 전공 우대)
- 물류, 공급망, 창고 또는 제조 운영 관련 경력 5년 이상
- 한국어 및 영어 업무 수행 능력
- 커뮤니케이션, 분석 및 문제 해결 역량
- MS Office 활용 능력 (SAP 및 WMS 경험 우대)
