Your day-to-day

Coordinate and administer training programs for Manufacturing and Operations employees. Maintain training records, schedules, materials, and documentation in compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. Align training plans with business needs, regulatory requirements, and employee development objectives. Partner with managers, trainers, and vendors to coordinate training logistics and delivery. Monitor training effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and continuous improvement activities.

Maintain skills matrices, competency records, and training materials for production personnel. Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance related to training and competency management. Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing procedures, work instructions, and QMS documentation. Support enhancements and ongoing administration of the learning management system. Develop and maintain staffing and workforce scale-up plans to support operational readiness and capacity needs.

Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability requirements. Complete all required training and maintain qualifications in accordance with applicable qualification standards.

Who we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, quality, training, or a related environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Experience using SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems preferred. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Annual Base Salary

$80,000 - $100,000
