You will contribute from day one while building the experience needed for future leadership roles. Your Leadership Journey Your journey begins in Senegal and culminates in an international assignment. Home Market Immersion Build knowledge of PMI's business, commercial environment and transformation agenda. Work across functions to solve challenges and deliver results. Lead key projects while strengthening decisions and stakeholder engagement.

International Assignment Develop cultural agility and a global mindset in a new market. Lead data-driven initiatives in a multicultural environment. Who We're Looking For We seek ambitious professionals who embrace complexity, take ownership and want to create impact.

You should have: A Bachelor's degree or higher. At least 5 years' professional experience in a global or multinational organisation. Experience working across functions and with diverse stakeholders. Commercial awareness, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills. Adaptability, resilience, learning agility and initiative. Residence in Senegal or willingness to relocate to Dakar.

Willingness and ability to undertake an international assignment.
