Coordinate priorities and execution across CEI functions, China stakeholders, International AIT and Global Digital / CIO. Run the CEI PMO — integrated tracking, SteerCo materials, dependency management and a reliable reporting cadence. Lead and develop the portfolio and operations team and strengthen governance, planning and delivery discipline across CEI. Coordinate portfolio-level AI and data governance for CEI initiatives, ensuring responsible-AI, data governance and compliance requirements are embedded through appropriate review forums and partner functions. Lead selected high-priority cross-functional programs from planning through implementation and adoption, managing critical milestones, decisions, risks and dependencies, including large-scale commercial platform, system and regulatory program delivery and enterprise change management.

Strong stakeholder and enterprise change management across business, product, technology, data, AI and governance groups in a matrixed local-and-global environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Finance or a closely related discipline; an advanced technical or business degree is preferred.
