Overview

Support the end-to-end incubation of the VFF & Protein innovation platform in China. Translate approved concepts into launch-ready products, execute in-market pilots and test-and-learn plans, and track performance to enable profitable scaling.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day project management of incubation projects from concept, development, gate to launch, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met (Execute)
• Translate consumer insights and platform strategy into concept briefs, product/pack briefs and claims, with R&D, Insights and Design (Execute/Consult)
• Plan and execute pilot launches and test-and-learn plans in priority channels and key customers with Sales/Customer teams (Execute)
• Track in-market performance (sell-through, repeat, consumer feedback) and recommend optimizations to L10 (Execute/Consult)
• Manage project A&M budget, POs and agency deliverables; track spend vs. plan and ROI (Execute)
• Develop launch and sell-in materials, toolkits, communication content and gate documents (Execute)
• Document learnings and contribute to replicable playbooks (Execute)
• Coordinate with external partners (agencies, co-manufacturers, suppliers) on agreed briefs (Execute)
• Stay informed of portfolio priorities and global innovation updates, bringing relevant learnings into projects (Informed) Qualifications - 2-5 years in FMCG brand marketing, innovation or customer marketing
• Hands-on experience bringing new products from concept to launch
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination
• Good analytical skills (sales, panel, consumer data) and basic P&L/budget literacy
• Channel / key account exposure preferred (MT, EC, emerging channels)
• Fluent Chinese and English
