Position Summary

The Retail Sales Rotation Program is designed to develop future sales leaders through immersive, hands-on experience across key retail sales channels. Over 12 months, participants will gain exposure to field sales execution, distributor operations, key customer management, and customer development activities while building a strong foundation in retail sales, commercial acumen, and leadership capabilities. The program combines structured learning, coaching, and rotational assignments to accelerate professional growth and prepare participants for future opportunities within the Sales organization.

Program Rotations Rotation 1

Execution Retail Field Sales | Months 1-6 Sales execution across assigned territories. Monitor visibility, merchandising, and promotional execution. Track key sales KPIs, including coverage, strike rate, and distribution. Track competitor activities and market trends.

Rotation 2

Leading Retail Field Sales | Months 7-9 Participate in territory planning and sales forecasting. Supervise Sales execution across assigned territories. Monitor stock availability and product distribution. Assist in improving coverage and customer reach. Analyze business performance and recommend improvement opportunities.

Rotation 3

Customer Development and Retail Excellence | Months 10-12 Trade Activities of the Customer to Accelarate sales

• Understand retail sales operations end-to-end.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. Maximum 0-2 years of professional experience. Strong analytical and communication skills. Passion for sales Willingness to travel and work extensively in the field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
