You work with the RDQ team to conduct experiments and trials under the guidance of more senior team members. How you will contribute You will run pilot plant and/or laboratory operations, prepare and maintain the equipment and ingredients needed, capture and report data with technical rigor and accuracy, and ensure the safe working and operation of equipment and environment.

Salary and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $51,100 to $70,300; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
