Job description

负责采购流程管理与优化，确保各类采购项目按时、高质量完成。 Responsible for managing and optimizing procurement processes to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of procurement projects. 组织并执行供应商开发、评估及管理，建立稳定高效的供应链体系。 Organize and execute supplier development, evaluation, and management to build a stable and efficient supply chain system. 主导成本控制与降本项目，推动采购价格优化与成本节约。 Lead cost control and cost reduction initiatives, driving price optimization and cost savings in procurement. 参与项目招标、议价及合同谈判，确保商务条款合理合规。

Participate in bidding, price negotiation, and contract discussions to ensure reasonable and compliant commercial terms. 跟踪合同执行情况，协调内部及供应商资源，保障项目顺利交付。 Monitor contract execution and coordinate internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery. 分析采购数据及市场行情，支持管理层决策。 Analyze procurement data and market trends to support management decision-making. 确保采购活动符合公司流程及内控要求。 Ensure all procurement activities comply with company processes and internal control requirements. 本科及以上学历，供应链管理、采购、机械、电气或相关专业优先。

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. 具备3年以上采购或供应链相关工作经验，有自动化或制造业经验优先。 At least 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in automation or manufacturing industries. 熟悉采购流程及供应商管理体系，具备良好的成本控制意识。 Familiar with procurement processes and supplier management systems, with strong cost control awareness. 具备良好的沟通协调能力及跨部门合作能力。

Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions. 具备谈判能力及商务敏感性。 Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness. 熟练使用Office办公软件（Excel、PPT等）。 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint). 具备良好的英文读写能力，能进行基本商务沟通。 Good command of written and reading English, with the ability to handle basic business communication.
