海外资金高级专员-欧洲

Job description

• 参与区域资金业务，重点关注收支结算、账户管理、贸易融资、内部贷款、银行贷款、投资理财、外汇交割等资金业务；
• 管理区域主体的银行账户、授权矩阵及网银认证，定期完成KYC年审，配合外部审计工作，参与推进资金管理系统建设；
• 收集并分析区域主体的现金状况、财务状况、外汇风险/套期保值及资金计划等信息，根据总部对资金信息内容、格式、频率的要求，对异常情况进行预警分析，参与建立海外资金信息报送体系；
• 根据集团分权规范，监控区域资金业务流程，参与建立海外资金风险预警体系；
• 主导海外资金平台建设，规范海外资金运作标准/模式，培养海外区域金融业务能力；
• 组织并推广海外资金管理共享服务，整合公司间系统资源，推动资金系统推广应用；
• 组织并融合新建主体及新加入公司的资金业务，制定融合计划，最终按集团一致性原则实现资金业务统一管理。
• 参与资金集中管理，进行资金池的日常运营与监控，及时补充资金以确保区域内各项业务的正常开展。
• Participate in companies’ treasury business, focusing on clearance and settlement, account management, trade financing, internal loans, bank loans, investment and wealth management, FX settlement, and other treasury-related activities;
• Manage bank accounts, authorization matrices, and internet-banking tokens; conduct regular KYC reviews; assist in completing external audit tasks and contribute to the enhancement of the treasury management system;
• Collect and analyze data on cash positions, financing/hedging activities, and capital planning to identify and flag abnormal situations proactively. Establish the overseas treasury information reporting mechanism in alignment with HQ requirements (content, frequency, format);
• Monitor treasury management processes and collaborate in building an overseas treasury risk early warning system based on the Group Approval Matrix;
• Lead the establishment of an overseas treasury platform; standardize operational standards/models for overseas treasury activities; improve regional treasury service capabilities;
• Organize and promote treasury shared services for overseas treasury management, integrate cross-system workflows, and drive the adoption of GFP treasury solutions;
• Coordinate treasury integration for newly established or acquired entities; develop integration plans and ensure consistent treasury management practices aligned with group principles.
• Participate in centralized fund operations, perform daily cash pool management, monitor the operational status in real time, and raise fund promptly to ensure the normal regional business operation.

任职资格

1. 金融、经济、会计或相关专业本科及以上学历； 2. 英语可作为工作语言，具备海外外派意愿； 3. 3年以上跨国企业资金管理或金融机构业务相关经验；有海外资金管理经验优先。 4. 具备优秀的独立工作能力、执行力及团队协作精神，工作细致，责任心强。

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields;
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin; willingness to work overseas;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in multinational corporate treasury management or financial institution operations; Overseas treasury management experience preferred.
• Be able to work independently, with strong execution skills, teamwork spirit; cautiousness，and strong sense of responsibility.
