Senior & Principal Technical Program Manager

Job description

Program management of multiple simultaneous engagements, delivering status reports to managers, coordinating customer and team resources needed to respond

• Support of customer and internal needs (both pre- and post-onsite deployment), clearly communicating objectives and guidance to stakeholders
• Provide comprehensive project summaries for process improvement, post incident reporting, and ensuring that feedback and data collected for each escalation or incident
• Produce repeatable processes and instruct teams on these processes
• Support logistics, triage, and prioritization of feature requests for the development group Accountable for the quality of own work; to be delivered within agreed procedures and timeframes and focused on internal and/or external customer needs Additional operational assistance with the needs of a growing business, including new offering development, internal rhythm of business communications, and field training.

Work independently and effectively, and manage through ambiguity Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 2+ years of experience with cybersecurity and/or security operations.
