January 2027 Program Details: The 6 months, full-time program is divided into two key phases (Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling, Phase 2 - On The Job Training)

Phase one

Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp (1 month) Professional and soft skilling courses including project management, change management, effective interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, and time management. Build awareness of need for product strategy based on customer feedback, and build awareness of need for compete strategies. Consume and leverage readiness materials to expand domain knowledge, and begin connecting with customers and promote internal team readiness.

Engage with customers, with coaching from others. You will shadow in customer stakeholder interactions and research customer context to gain understanding and build product expertise. You will develop awareness of available resources by familiarizing yourself with the community and engaging others to gain product knowledge. Currently pursuing/ completed a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or related field.

Qatar nationality. Legally authorized to work in Qatar (Legally authorized = Has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit). Fluency in English. Passion for technology and customer obsessed. Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills. Strong Desire and business acumen for consultative solution selling. Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
