Your tasks

Process service orders, control quality and completeness of reports delivered by technicians, Invoice of services, repairs and installations, ensure timely and accurate billing to customers, Manage customer data, update data in the system based on information delivered by technicians or customers, Manage service contract, Handling customer inquiries, Processing customer complaints (controlling quality of the created invoices and completeness of reports delivered by technicians, checking the correctness of the issued documents, issuing relevant corrections), Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving all relevant documents. ✨Does it sound interesting to you?

The recruitment process consists of the following steps
