Description and Requirements Role Value Proposition Responsible for Regional pricing review and Valuation in the Malaysia Center of Excellence (CoE). Supporting Regional Actuary on People development, address business related concerns and also drives continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for managing Pricing review team and Valuation team in the CoE.

• Plans, organizes, coordinates, and oversees the daily operation for Pricing and Valuation
• Provide guidance to team members on product / pricing / valuation related activities
• Lead the team to execute and improve existing controls and process by leveraging AI tools
• Collaborates with peers to fully understand the needs and issues to deliver high quality solutions Responsible for the performance evaluation process for team members

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required

• Bachelor degree in mathematics, statistics, or actuarial science with at least
• 12 years working experience.

Fellow actuary, or high potential to be Fellow within a year Excellent verbal and written communication skills to analyze, interpret and address customer needs Experience on AI tools and Actuarial modelling software such as Python, Prophet or Axis
