Internship Program

3 months Location: Ho Chi Minh office Reports to: Vietnam Corporate Counsel Your Role: The interns will support the Legal function with legal research, regulatory monitoring, corporate record keeping and up-to-date compliance documentation.

Regulatory monitoring

• Screen new regulations and authority requests. Prepare short summaries of their relevance and impact for stakeholders. Help research and draft answers to business questions on new guidelines.

Corporate secretarial

• Support charter updates, UBO updates and other corporate filings.

Data protection

• Help update the DP dossier regularly and keep supporting documents and processing records organized.

Legal operations

• Help prepare contract templates and legal checklists.

Ad-hoc tasks

• Support compliance training logistics and materials, coordinate payments to external counsel, translate documents and policies, and handle other tasks assigned by the Corporate Counsel.

Who you are

Final-year student majoring in Law, with a confirmation letter from the university (Giấy xác nhận đang là sinh viên của nhà trường)

English proficiency

IELTS 6.5 or above

• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications
• Strong legal research and due diligence skills Integrity, diligence and a proactive mindset Availability for a 3-month internship, with the option to extend .
