Job description

深入理解业务流程和用户需求，负责系统需求的收集、分析、整理和优先级管理； 识别重复性高、人工投入大或易出错的工作，推动流程系统化、自动化和批量化； 梳理业务流程，输出需求文档、流程图、功能说明和验收标准； 协同产品、技术、数据及业务团队，跟进需求评审、开发、测试和上线； 组织UAT、试点、培训和推广，跟踪系统使用情况及上线效果； 基于用户反馈和数据分析，持续推动系统和流程优化。 Understand business processes and user needs, and manage the collection, analysis and prioritization of system requirements; Identify repetitive, labor-intensive or error-prone activities and drive systemization, automation and batch processing; Map business processes and prepare requirement documents, process flows, functional specifications and acceptance criteria; Work with Product, Engineering, Data and business teams to manage requirement reviews, development, testing and launches; Organize UAT, pilots, training and rollout, and track system adoption and post-launch impact; Use user feedback and data insights to continuously improve systems and processes. 具备3年以上的产品运营、流程优化、业务分析、系统运营或项目管理经验； 能够独立完成需求分析，并将业务问题转化为清晰、可落地的系统方案； 具备较强的结构化思考、跨团队沟通和项目推动能力； 具备数据意识，能够发现问题并评估优化效果； 中文和英语流利，可作为工作语言，能够完成跨团队沟通和文档撰写。

3 years experience in product operations, process improvement, business analysis, system operations or project management; Ability to independently analyze requirements and translate business problems into clear and practical system solutions; Strong structured thinking, cross-functional communication and project execution skills; Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify issues and evaluate improvement results; Fluent in Chinese and English, with both languages usable for daily communication and documentation. 参与多市场业务协作，了解不同业务模式和运营场景； 参与核心业务系统和流程从0到1的建设； 推动业务流程自助化、系统化和规模化； 与产品、技术、数据及业务团队协作，解决实际业务问题。

Collaborate with teams across multiple markets and gain exposure to diverse business models; Participate in building core business systems and processes from 0 to 1; Drive self-service, systemization and scalability across business processes; Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data and business teams to solve real operational problems.
