• 协助制定和完善公司的招聘政策和流程，提高招聘效率和质量。
• 大学本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、心理学、英语等相关专业优先。
• 对人力资源管理及招聘工作有浓厚兴趣，有较强的学习能力和团队合作意识。
• 良好的沟通能力和组织协调能力，能够主动承担工作责任。
• 熟练使用办公软件，有一定的数据分析能力和文案撰写能力者优先考虑。
