Job description

Your responsibilities will evolve across business areas, and may include:

• Drive merchant acquisition, activation, and retention strategies to grow Keeta's supply-side ecosystem in Brazil.
• Design and execute consumer growth and retention initiatives, tailoring strategies to local user behavior and market dynamics.
• Optimize delivery operations — improving efficiency, rider experience, and fulfillment quality in the Brazilian market.
• Conduct business analysis to translate data into strategic insights, supporting key decisions across functions.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects, collaborating with local and global teams to solve real business challenges.

Education

• Full-time international MBA required. We seek candidates who have completed or are completing a full-time MBA program, bringing a global perspective and the academic foundation to lead in a complex, fast-growing market.

Background

• Experience in consulting, finance, tech, fast-moving consumer goods, or management trainee programs is a strong fit. Candidates from outside the industry with demonstrated high potential are equally welcome.

Language

• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
