Job description

• 负责制定和执行商品的采购计划，确保商品的供应和库存充足。
• 负责监控商品的销售情况，及时调整采购计划，保证销售业绩达到预期目标。
• 负责与供应商进行供应链管理，确保供应商提供的商品符合公司的质量标准和交付要求。
• 管理团队，指导团队成员完成工作任务，促进团队的合作和发展。
• Develop and implement merchandise procurement plans to ensure adequate supply and inventory levels.
• Monitor merchandise sales performance and adjust procurement plans as needed to ensure sales targets are met.
• Manage the supply chain in collaboration with suppliers to ensure that the merchandise they provide meets the company’s quality standards and delivery requirements.
• Manage the team, guide team members in completing their tasks, and foster teamwork and professional development.
• 大学本科及以上学历，专业不限。
• 拥有5年以上商品与供应链管理相关工作经验。
• 具备良好的沟通能力和团队管理能力。
• 熟悉商品采购流程和供应链管理流程。
• 具备较强的数据分析能力和解决问题能力。
