Job description

• 负责Bakery&RTE类商品的采购和研发策略制定与执行，确保供应链高效稳定。
• 管理供应商关系，进行供应商开发、评估与绩效优化。
• 监控市场动态与价格趋势，控制采购成本并提升采购效益。
• 协调内部需求与外部供应，保障商品及时交付与库存合理。
• 推动采购流程优化与合规管理，提升团队专业能力。
• Develop and implement procurement and R&D strategies for Bakery & RTE products to ensure an efficient and stable supply chain.
• Manage supplier relationships, including supplier development, evaluation, and performance optimization.
• Monitor market dynamics and price trends to control procurement costs and enhance procurement efficiency.
• Coordinate internal demand with external supply to ensure timely product delivery and optimal inventory levels.
• Drive procurement process optimization and compliance management to enhance the team’s professional capabilities.
• 大学本科及以上学历，供应链管理、采购管理或相关专业优先。
• 至少5年商品采购或供应链管理相关工作经验，有Bakery&RTE品类经验者更佳。
• 熟悉采购流程、供应商管理及成本控制方法。
• 具备良好的数据分析能力与谈判技巧。
• 英语流利，能在国际化环境中高效沟通。
