We are seeking a talented and motivated Compute Platform Engineer to join our dynamic customer engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting one of our Tier 1 co-engineering partners through the pre- and post-silicon phases all the way through commercialization. This involves board bring up, reproducing/debugging issues, and other related customer support activities.

• Bring up new platform boards and verify the major functions independently
• Regular software release and multiple branch conflict resolving

Customer Issue Tracking & Coordination

• Track customer issues and coordinate with customer and internal support teams to drive timely resolution. Hand-on issue analyzing, triaging, and debugging to solve system issues/requests.

Issue Replication & Testing

• Replicate and test reported issues to support root-cause analysis.
