HR Specialist (C&B and HR operation)

Job description

o Own and execute accurate, end-to-end payroll processing, tax filing, social security insurance and severance with outsourcing vendors.

• Administer all employee benefits program and overtime tracking/payment.
• Own and execute regular compensation process including bonus, year-end tax etc., market benchmarking and ad-hoc C&B projects.
• Handle employee inquires regarding payroll, benefits and HR policies with a proactive, customer-service mindset.
• Ensure strict compliance with local labor regulations, tax laws, and internal governance standards.
• Deliver data-driven HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making using advanced Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), or BI tools.
• Proactively identify administrative areas that can be automated or streamlined using AI productivity tools and act as an internal AI power-user to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with and support managers to ensure compliance with and implementation of DSOT (Dispatch / Outsourcing) policies. #LI-NOPOST
