Customer Program Manager - SW

Job description

- End-to-End Project Ownership: Lead customer SW programs from design-win through Mass Production (MP), tracking schedules and negotiating requirement changes as they arise.

Strategic Technical Communication

• Lead technical communication and requirement definition through customer meetings and site visits, responding to technical queries promptly.

Deliverable Management

• Plan and manage customer deliverables, including SW package planning and quality, with internal project teams.

Issue Tracking & Resolution

• Manage customer support accounts and coordinate issue tracking and assignment across internal teams.

Stakeholder Management

• Maintain and develop relationships with customer project stakeholders and decision-makers, while collaborating with internal teams and Sales to identify new business opportunities.

Market & Product Insight

• Share the latest customer information with internal teams and maintain knowledge of product specs, market trends, and customer requirements. #LI-NOPOST
