<Data Center>Senior SERDES Customer System Engineer

Job description

We are seeking a Senior Customer System & SERDES Engineer to drive system-level debugging and customer issue resolution for 200–400G high-speed interfaces (SERDES, PCS/PMA). You will own end-to-end issue analysis—from triage to root cause and closure—collaborating across cross-functional teams and directly with customers. A key aspect of this role is scaling our debugging operations by building AI-assisted tools (RAG/LLM, log analysis pipelines) and identifying recurring failure patterns.

While AI and automation are key enablers, the core focus remains hands-on system debugging and deep technical ownership. #LI-AMY
