Finance Intern (Controlling)

Job description

Position LBeauty, a Joint Venture between LVMH and Luxasia, handles 6 brands of perfumes and cosmetics of the LVMH group (Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, MAKE UP FOR EVER, Benefit, Givenchy and Fresh) within 7 markets in South East Asia.

Job responsibilities Opportunities & Exposure FP&A Ensure Month-End Closing review of G&A and Logistics costs for the 6 LBeauty entities

• Analyse the main variances vs. last year and budget and obtain explanation Enhance the follow-up of Logistics and IT costs
• Help in monthly Consolidation & Reporting with a focus on Sales
• Help in maintaining the Sell-out (BISO) platform Others Streamline reporting processes and help to organize access to data
• Maintain effective communication with third parties to ensure good collaboration Ad hoc analysis and project follow up Profile Requirements Able to commit full time 6 months of internship from Dec 2026/Jan 2027 to Jun 2027 Good inter-personal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines Analytical mind Excel skills are required and experience with SAP and Power BI will be a plus
• Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing environment and business needs Team player System oriented
