Your Missions Trade marketing at L'Oréal consists of collaborating with retail partners to boost beauty product sales both in-store and online.

Sell-out strategy

Develop specific action plans for each distribution channel (hypermarkets, department stores, pharmacies/parapharmacies, e-commerce).

Merchandising

Design product and new-launch displays on shelves to catch shoppers' eyes.

Promotions

Create targeted promotional campaigns aligned with the commercial goals of both the brand and the retailer.

Performance analysis

Monitor sales figures and adjust strategic recommendations accordingly.
