A Day in the Life Based in Dubai within L'Oréal Luxe, you drive retail performance and brand education across flagship doors and boutiques for Giorgio Armani, Valentino, and Jacquemus. Steer retail KPIs (sell-out, market share, and NPS) across top doors, deploying high-impact animation plans.

Coach, recruit, and upskill Beauty Advisor teams to embody brand storytelling, grooming standards, and luxury service rituals. Adapt global training modules into regional masterclasses across fragrance mastery, make-up artistry, and bespoke gifting. Elevate consumer experience by integrating in-store beauty tech diagnostic services and piloting retail and training budgets. We Are Looking For You bring commercial drive and a collaborative leadership style to elevate counter teams and consumer loyalty.

You bring

Retail Acumen : Proven track record steering luxury retail metrics, store animations, and distributor field relationships.

Learning & Capability Building

Strong expertise designing and facilitating training programmes that translate brand DNA into measurable counter performance.

People Management

Ability to recruit, coach, and motivate multi-door beauty advisor teams in luxury retail environments.

Operational Excellence

Competence managing field budgets, staffing allocations, and performance-tracking digital platforms.

Influencing & Communicating

Professional working proficiency in English, with the credibility to act as brand ambassador across diverse cultural retail settings.
