Main Responsibilities

• Build and Translate DEV SPV long-term vision through compelling communication, break down into achievable goals for the team Leverage expert team to inject China needs (branded) into the global (branded) strategies; translate strategies and develop China SPV team plans for business growth Manage SRC/PPE/DMI/Marketing/ADV interfaces for innovation and synergic business outcome
• Integrate and lead cross-function team in project mode to deliver high complex /First to market DEV valorization projects with high quality Envision a realistic and achievable business outcome, motivate and inspire team members to achieve success
• Ensure compliance with brand technical issues in relation with the laboratory head
• Protect and strengthen the sincere spirit of the SPV team (to science and to our consumer)
• Build talent pipeline for short-and long-term business goals; identify and develop internal and external technical talent, drive employee engagement and retain contributors Requirements: Master & above degree with major in Chemical, Biology or related Good knowledge of skin biology OR Formulation / consumer insight Sensitive to cosmetic Métier
• Excellent communication skill; be able to translate technology into consumer & marketing language Consumer centricity
• 4 years above related working experience with main exposure to cosmetic industry or related raw material industry; prefer with 3 years on product valorization/go to market activity
