Head of Purchasing

Job description

As our Head of Purchasing, you will report to local management and our regional team, driving purchasing excellence across Corporate categories.

Strategic Sourcing

Lead fair tender processes and establish long-term, ethical supplier partnerships.

Value & Savings

Launch cost-saving initiatives (re-engineering, volume pooling) and report performance regionally.

Operations & Compliance

Monitor the PO process, manage the supplier database, and ensure compliance.

Local Development

Identify and scale local suppliers to become regional champions. We Are Looking For We seek a highly experienced purchasing leaders: Category Sourcing Strategy: Strong background in FMCG sourcing, particularly for marketing and merchandising.

Negotiation & Contract Management

Expert negotiator with the ability to manage complex contracts with Legal.

Analytical Acumen

Advanced MS Office skills to analyze value, track KPIs, and forecast savings.

Stakeholder Influence

Fluent in English with the confidence to present to regional leadership.
