YOUR MISSION As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will become an active member of our HR team and support the recruitment of future L'Oréal talents. You will gain hands-on experience across the entire recruitment process while collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and candidates.

Your responsibilities may include: Supporting end-to-end recruitment activities for internship, entry-level and senior positions. Screening applications and identifying high-potential candidates. Conducting phone interviews and candidate assessments. Coordinating interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers. Managing recruitment data and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Supporting employer branding and campus recruiting initiatives.

Participating in recruitment events, career fairs, and assessment centers. Monitoring recruiting KPIs and preparing reports and insights. Contributing to continuous improvement projects within the Talent Acquisition team.

WHO YOU ARE

You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, Communication, or a related field. You have a strong interest in recruitment, talent management, and people development. You are an excellent communicator and enjoy building relationships with different stakeholders. You are organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. You are fluent in English.
