Managing investment and impact

Contribute to ecommerce and A&P planning, track activation effectiveness and support sustainable brand growth.

Who You Are

An ecommerce and digital shelf specialist: You understand how shoppers discover and choose products online, and know what makes a PDP effective.

Experienced with online retailers and pure players

You’ve worked with platforms such as Amazon, Boots.com or TikTok Shop, and can adapt plans to different retailer ecosystems.

A content-to-commerce thinker

You understand how product content, search, social selling, advocacy, UGC, reviews and media can work together to support discovery and conversion.

Commercial and analytical

You’re comfortable interpreting ecommerce and category performance data, analysing competitors and turning insights into clear priorities.

Creative with a sharp eye for detail

You can raise the quality of online assets while ensuring content is compelling, accurate and right for each platform.

Collaborative and influential

You enjoy connecting teams and partners, including advocacy teams and agencies, and getting work delivered.

Entrepreneurial and proactive

You spot opportunities, bring ideas forward and are comfortable building plans in a fast-moving environment.

A clear communicator and strong prioritiser

You can present recommendations confidently and keep multiple projects moving.

Degree-educated, with relevant experience

You bring experience in ecommerce, online brand management, digital shelf, content or a similar role. Experience in beauty, skincare, FMCG, social commerce or working for a pure player or online retailer would be an advantage.
