A Day in the Life Reporting to the Head of BA Experience, you lead the education and advocacy strategy for retail partner Beauty Advisors across major accounts including Sephora, Space NK, and Boots.

You turn commercial priorities into memorable learning moments across both online and offline touchpoints.

• Co-design and execute the Retailer BA Engagement & Education Strategy, securing access to beauty advisors through bespoke conferences, onboarding schemes, and in-store coaching.
• Build and lead interactive training programmes—from live facilitator sessions to digital e-learning modules using Articulate Rise—upskilling retail teams on product launches, beauty trends, and service rituals.
• Negotiate joint education calendars and commercial initiatives with key account managers and retail partners to grow brand share of voice and drive sell-out performance.
• Coordinate engagement logistics, including retailer conferences, gratis distribution, and incentive programmes aligned with division budgets.
• Analyse store visit feedback, sell-out data, and digital training completion metrics to continuously evolve retail experience touchpoints.

We Are Looking For You understand the reality of the retail sales floor and know how to win hearts, minds, and counter space with major retail partners.

Stakeholder Management

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities to partner seamlessly with national account managers, brand teams, and retailer leadership.

Training & Facilitation

• Expertise in creating and delivering engaging learning content across in-person events, webinars, and online learning modules.

Retail Acumen

• Concrete understanding of the prestige beauty landscape and the commercial drivers across key retailers like Boots, Space NK, and Sephora.

Project Management

• Proven track record coordinating multi-stream programmes, engagement calendars, conferences, and retail incentive budgets.

Influencing & Advocacy

• Skilled at captivating retail beauty advisors, translating brand stories into daily sales recommendations on the shop floor.
