$48,200 to $158,700 (Based on Performance)

Schedule

This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings. What You'll Do

• Greet and guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process
• Develop strong relationships and ensure a world-class customer experience
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
• Follow up with leads and maintain an organized pipeline using our CRM system
• Stay up to date on inventory, product knowledge, promotions, and competitive comparisons
• Achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining high CSI scores

What You'll Bring
